Description:

sterols and stanols, which are found naturally in fruits, grains, nuts
and vegetables. These phytonutrients help prevent dietary cholesterol
absorption and reduce LDL

How to use:
Take
2 capsules two time daily with a glass of water or other beverage
before meals. For optimal effectiveness, take these products between 15
and 30 minutes before eating a meal.

Warning:
Not
for use by pregnant or lactating women, or young children. Check with
your physician before beginning use of Cholest Off if you are currently
using medications to lower your cholesterol. As part of a cholesterol
